Indoor Parkour Workshop in Mals

Nachtrag vom 26.07.

The International Sport Forum in Mals, from the 16th to the 22nd of July, was like a big festival of sports, professional experience exchange, wellness and friendship. We got this impression being only two days in the South Tirolean village Mals. Beside the European participants - Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Finland – to the Forum came people from Poland, Lithuania, Russia, USA, Brasil and Taiwan .

On Sunday and Monday, the 17th and the 18th of July, Andreas Müller, Florian Kögler and me, Anna Kulikova, had the opportunity to take any course in the program (from well-known sports like volleyball, to exotic sounding courses as skike, taijbailong or internal flexibility), enjoy wonderful meals with other Forum participants, have fun at a pool party, relax in the sauna, and of course do our actual job, which was giving parkour workshops.

On Sunday, we offered three indoor courses in parkour for school teachers. Since there were no participants’ lists, the number of people interested in parkour always was a surprise .

On Monday, some parkour technics of using the urban environment were the subject of our courses.

We had a great time and were enormously sad to leave, but we hope to see our new friends again!
 

Auf diesen Tag wartet das FAM Referententeam seit über einem Jahr: Der dritte internationale Lehrgang für Sportunterricht in Mals/Südtirol!

Aus aller Welt werden vom 16. bis 22. Juli Sportlehrer und Pädagogen in die kleine Stadt Mals in Südtirol / Italien reisen um Erfahrungen und Wissen für den Schulsportunterricht aus den Bereichen Fitness- und Gesundheitssport, Erlebnispädagogik, Trendsport, Tanz, u.v.m. auszutauschen und vermittelt zu kriegen.

Erstmals im Programm ist auch Parkour, FAM wurde damit beauftragt die Referenten hierfür zu stellen.

Für uns auf Reisen werden sich die Ausbilder der Parkour Trainer Ausbildung Florian Kögler und Andreas Müller (FAM Referent) begeben. Passend für die beiden ist, dass sie zuvor für Gore auf der Outdoot Messe in Friedrichshafen am Bodensee als Showact aktiv sind, so dass der Weg nach Südtirol nicht mehr so weit ist.

Die Parkour Fortbildung wird am Sonntag und am Montag, jeweils von 14 bis 17.45 Uhr stattfinden. Neben der Turnhalle wird Parkour auch im Freien vermittelt. Thema wird neben den für den Schulsport besonders geeigneten Parkour und Freerunning Bewegungen auch Parkour als Möglichkeit für einen mehrperspektivischen Unterricht sein. Gerade die Parkour Philosophie bietet hier viele Möglichkeiten und Chancen!
