czech hardmoves: flip combos including obstacles

"In my workshop routine flip and twists dominate as I there are a lot of tricking and break dancing influences in my Freerunning style. Warm up is of course crucial and has a great variety of stretching elements as being flexible is very important for executing many of the main elements I teach. I also believe stretching is important for every type of training as it frees the body and enriches it's abilities. The very training is more about combinations and flow as it is about different tricks. Being able to play and connect your arsenal is what builds technique and style. The space and elements I need are flat ground and any variety of obstacles for vaults and swings that me and the people I coach can improvise on. At the end of the training we stretch again and massage muscle groups and joints."
